How to cure laziness?
Most of you us are suffering from low energy and low spirit to work on our dreams. Why is that?
Some people might tell you that you lack motivation and others might not even address the actual problem and just declare you unworthy. Let me tell you 99% of the times it is neither of them. Low energy, low spirit is much more a scientific problem than spiritual. All you need to do is just follow these basic steps and you will be good to go in 3-4 months, You will see improvement from the very first week but the magic will happen after 4 months.
Step 1 - Get your micros checked. Due to modern diets which includes a lot of junk, packed and processed food, we consume a lot of empty calories. So to get a better understanding of your body and diet get your micros checked.
Step 2 - Once you get your micros checked make sure to add the proper food for those micros and if necessary, supplement them. Most people are deficient in Vitamin D and it is one of the most important micro for an active lifestyle so don't forget to supplement/consume it in proper amount.
Step 3 - Add 15 minutes of Yoga in your life. Try to practice daily if can't then try at least 5 times a week. Practice these 3 for 5 minutes -
1) Kapalbhati Pranayam
2) Ujjayi Pranayam
3) Anulom Vilom Pranayam
Bonus tip - Try to maintain a journal, it will speed up the process.
