Secret to Healthy Eyes

 Today our sedentary lifestyles affect our mental and physical health immensely. And weak eyesight is also a result of that, we keep our eyes fixated on our mobile, tablet, laptop and desktop screens for hours and hours which creates tension in our eye lenses and often leads to headache. These headaches, dry eyes and tension in eye lenses are all signals of the load that your eyes are taking and that in future they might even start losing the vision. So, here are few tips to save your eyes from those dreadful blurry sights. 



1 - Take a walk barefoot on grass for at least 10 minutes a day. 

2 - Whenever you feel strain on your eyes due to staring on your screen for long then try to focus on something far, as far as possible. For example, I like to watch stars at night for 20-30 minutes, or when I am walking or jogging, I always focus on the far away objects. 

3 - Don't forget to add proper amount of Vitamin A, C and E in your diet. Citric fruits are rich in C, Eggs and dairy products aur rich in A, Almonds and Eggs contain Vitamin E. 


Bonus tip - Eat 2 bananas daily, they help you with most of the Vitamins.
